Little Miss Robot in Belgium is seeking a Senior UX Designer who speaks Dutch and English to work full-time as a consultant for one of our clients. You’ll shape complex digital products to be intuitive and delightful, using a design system in Figma and contributing to its governance.

You’ll run workshops, conduct user research, create wireframes and flows, and collaborate with product, IT and business teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive digital design experience (UX/UI) and proficiency in Figma.
• Hands-on experience with design systems in Figma.
• Strong ability to co-create with colleagues, clients and users.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Create wireframes and detailed designs using a design system, and help build that design system in Figma.
• Set up and manage design system in Figma, including governance and stakeholder alignment during implementation.
• Clarify complex processes into clear diagrams and visuals, such as process flows and user flows.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with business, IT, communications, and client representatives.
• Prepare, run and analyze user research and testing.
• Explain design decisions clearly and document requirements carefully.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, functional and business analysts and developers.

We’re looking for aSenior UX Designer who speaks Dutch and English to join the Little Miss Robot team. You’ll work full-time as aconsultant for one of our clients, helping shape complex digital products that people find easy touse.

What you’ll do

• Create wireframes and detailed designs using adesign system, while also helping build that design system inFigma.
• Set up and manage adesign system in Figma, including its governance and getting stakeholders on board during implementation.
• Make sense of complex processes and turn them into clear diagrams and visuals, like process flows and userflows.
• Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with people from business, IT and communications, and with representatives of the target group.
• Prepare, run and process user research and testing.
• Explain your design decisions convincingly and document requirements carefully.
• Work closely with project managers, functional and business analysts and developers.

Where you’ll work

Where you work depends on the client. You’ll spend at most two days aweek at the client’s office. On the other days you choose whether to work from home or from our offices in Ghent or Antwerp.

• You have extensive digital design experience ( UX and/or UI ) and you know Figma inside out.
• You have hands-on experience with design systems inFigma.

• You’re empathetic, you want to understand what clients and organisations really need, and you can think and act from their perspective.

• You know your way around service design methods such as user research, customer journey mapping and facilitating co-creation.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English.
