TCrew is seeking an autonomous UX/UI Designer to join its dynamic design team in Brussels. You will own the full design process from user insights to polished interfaces for diverse digital projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, rapid adaptation to projects, and delivering accessible, visually engaging experiences. A strong foundation in UX research, design systems, and Figma is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including components, design systems, wireframes, and prototyping.
• Proven experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to collaborate with development teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt to multiple projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: Fluent French or Dutch, with professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products, applications, websites, and internal platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, developers, and designers to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Present concepts and justify design decisions; challenge requirements when needed.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across interfaces.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable components.
• Support Design Operations activities, including documentation and guidelines.
• Manage multiple assignments independently while delivering high-quality work.

We are looking for a talented and autonomous UX/UI Designer to join a dynamic design team and contribute to a variety of digital projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different projects, adapts quickly to new environments, and can take ownership of the entire design process, from understanding user needs to delivering intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products, applications, websites, and internal platforms.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experiences.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and other designers to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Present design concepts, explain design decisions, and challenge requirements when necessary.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across digital interfaces.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of design systems and reusable components.
• Support Design Operations activities, including documentation, design guidelines, templates, and process improvements.
• Manage multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in complex digital environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including components, design systems, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proven experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UI best practices.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA / EN 301 549).
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with development teams.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt quickly to different projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience using AI-powered tools to support UX/UI design activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
