• Investigate issues raised by monitoring and operations teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions.
• Resolve critical incidents such as outages and network failures.
• Participate in on-call support outside business hours.
• Contribute to improving system reliability and performance.

Connaissances

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft tools

Fluent in French and Dutch

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
