Our client, based in Brussels, is looking for an Uptime Engineer to join their IT team. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of critical applications by resolving incidents quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle second-line incidents escalated via the incident management system
- Investigate issues raised by monitoring and operations teams
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Resolve critical incidents such as outages and network failures
- Participate in on-call support outside business hours
- Contribute to improving system reliability and performance
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and manage priorities
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft tools
- Fluent in French and Dutch
- Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-moving IT environment
