Ormit Talent Belgium invites you to a paid two-year leadership program with Q8, placing you at the heart of decision-making. Rotate through Commercial & Innovation, Finance & Procurement, and Transformation & Technology in eight-month blocks, under a C-level mentor and a personal coach.

You’ll work between Antwerp and Rotterdam, building leadership capabilities and tackling energy and mobility challenges to shape the Benelux future. Start in September and take ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, economics or finance.
• 0 to 2 years of work experience.
• Curiosity for the full picture across commercial, finance and technology.
• Analytical and digitally savvy; comfortable with numbers and tech as a tool.
• Fluent English and Dutch (C1).
• Hands-on problem solving; willingness to get into the mud to figure things out.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through three departments in two years (eight months each).
• Get a C-level mentor matched to your profile and a personal coach.
• Work between Antwerp and Rotterdam; start day one with ownership.
• Develop leadership skills: stakeholder management, storytelling, situational leadership.
