Q8Truck integration leadership is sought to shape a secure, scalable API landscape across Antwerp or Rotterdam and beyond. You will own the integration roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and guide cross-functional teams including partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

You will design and implement API and integration solutions, establish governance standards, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field and at least 5 years of API integration experience.
• Strong API design and integration expertise with knowledge of API management and ESB/iPaaS platforms mentioned.
• Fluent English; experience leading teams, managing projects, suppliers, stakeholders, and budgets.

Your biggest challenge As API Integration Lead, you take strategic ownership of Q8Truck's integration landscape. You define how integrations should work, design solutions, manage the integration portfolio and roadmap, and lead everything needed to turn those designs into secure and stable solutions. Your goal? Build and manage a secure, scalable, and future-proof integration landscape that supports Q8Truck's digital ambitions.

You take ownership of Q8Truck's API and integration landscape. You manage the roadmap, set priorities, and lead the full integration lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and operations. You design integration solutions and APIs and set clear architecture, development, and governance standards. You stay close enough to the content to challenge designs and ensure teams and suppliers follow those standards. You lead API and Integration designers, developers, suppliers, and partners. You set priorities, delegate effectively, and keep delivery, quality, timing, and budget on track. You connect platforms, telematics systems, partners, and services through secure and stable integrations. You bring business, IT, security, and external stakeholders together. You communicate technical choices clearly, create alignment, and take the lead when complex integration issues need to be solved.

You keep the integration landscape stable through monitoring, testing, hypercare, and continuous improvement, while translating new developments in API management, security, and automation into the roadmap. In short: you own the integration domain within Q8Truck. You set the direction, understand the technology, and make sure teams and partners turn that vision into secure, stable, and scalable integrations. This is you.

You have a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in API integration and development. You combine strong API design and integration expertise with conceptual thinking. You understand complex integration flows, architecture principles, governance, and what it takes to make integrations stable and scalable. You have solid experience with API management, iPaaS, or ESB platforms such as WSO2, IBM API Connect, Apigee, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar technologies, as well as on-premises and cloud integrations. You have experience leading teams and managing complex projects, suppliers, stakeholders, and budgets. You think analytically, communicate clearly, and connect business and technology with ease. You speak and write English fluently.
