Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to serve on-site at client sites in Belgium. The consultant will deliver expert Scrum Master services within an agile IT environment, hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach the team, and collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain the backlog. The role requires strong English and Dutch or French language skills, plus solid knowledge of agile metrics and Jira.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of agile reporting and tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience with automated testing and CI tooling.

Responsabilités

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective).
• Schedule and monitor key steps of the methodology.
• Coach and challenge the Project Team and remove impediments.
• Support the Product Owner with the backlog and DoD artifacts.
• Track capacity and velocity for planning and progress.
