Job summary

Weevo HR is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a trusted advisor for client recruitment projects across diverse sectors. You will own the full cycle—from intake with hiring managers to onboarding—while leveraging networks and platforms to engage top talent.

Fluent in Dutch, French and English, you’ll coach hiring teams, optimize processes, and nurture relationships. Expect on-site work with flexible remote policy and a competitive package in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR consultancy.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Natural networker who can engage candidates and clients.
• Professional and persuasive, with impact on hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Goal‑oriented and focused on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic recruitment support aligned with client growth.
• Own the full recruitment cycle from intake to onboarding.
• Source and headhunt candidates via LinkedIn and platforms.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess fit and potential.
• Advise hiring managers on salaries, benefits and criteria.
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment processes and propose improvements.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill and candidate flow.
• Participate in broader HR projects such as onboarding programs and talent pools.
