Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in a similar project coordination or project management role.
• Experience with digital transformation projects and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, manage scope, planning and progress.
• Develop strong business cases with stakeholders and keep projects focused on delivering results.
• Coach teams, address resistance constructively, and help new ways of working become part of everyday business.
• Keep risks and budgets under control and identify issues before they become problems.
