Umicore is seeking a Business Project & Program Manager to lead transformation workstreams across Brussels and Hoboken, coordinating governance, benefits realization, risks, and dependencies. You will align stakeholders and drive multi-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in project management, strong English skills, and a proactive, structured mindset. Dutch/French is a plus; international exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, or related roles.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting cross-functional transformation or change initiatives is considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of multiple transformation workstreams to ensure successful program execution.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Track progress across initiatives and elevate critical risks, blockers, and resource conflicts.
• Support integrated program planning and ensure alignment between workstream activities, roadmaps, and transformation objectives.
• Prepare and maintain governance materials, including status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and program updates.
• Monitor program benefits and business case assumptions, highlighting variances and corrective actions.
• Serve as a key liaison between workstream leads, functional teams, stakeholders, and the Transformation Office.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration and effective decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, governance forums, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the program lifecycle.
