Umicore is seeking a Strategy Manager for its Recycling Business Group, based in Brussels, Belgium. You will join the Corporate Development Team to develop, review and implement strategic initiatives, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and overseeing PMO activities.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Business, Economics or Engineering.
• 5-8 years relevant experience in industrial, metals and mining activities, processes and technology.
• Strategic insight and ability to structure and drive complex projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop, review and implement strategies for Umicore Recycling.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps and initiatives; manage PMO and strategy performance dialogue at BU level.
• Drive market updates and risk assessments in liaison with market intelligence.
• Prepare presentations for top management, align with senior stakeholders and external consultants if needed.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and mitigation actions, and adjust plans as required.
