Umicore Belgium is seeking a Business Project and Program Manager to drive transformation programs within Enterprise Functions. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, develop plans, monitor risks, and ensure alignment with program objectives across cross-functional teams in an international setting.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, governance, and change-management support to realize sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, transformation, or related roles.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and drive the day-to-day delivery of multiple transformation workstreams to ensure successful program execution.
Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Track progress across initiatives, identify issues, and escalate critical risks, blockers, and resource conflicts.
Support integrated program planning and ensure alignment between workstream activities, roadmaps, and overall transformation objectives.
Prepare and maintain governance materials, including status reports, decision logs, action trackers, and program updates.
Monitor program benefits and business case assumptions, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
