Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in operational transformation environments.
• Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the strategic direction for Operational Excellence.
• Support and enable OE programs at BU and Enterprise function levels.
• Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
