DKV Belgium, part of the Munich Re Group, seeks an experienced Program Manager to join our Transformation team in Brussels. You will lead a 20-person team and oversee multiple programs across compliance and growth, aligning with strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will manage two project managers and three business analysts, drive governance, budgeting, and stakeholder communication with group executives, ensuring delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in business, management, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in program/project management and proven track record in managing project teams (preferably in insurance).
• Experience in insurance context preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop transformation leads and business analysts; manage two project managers and three business analysts.
• Oversee program delivery across compliance sphere and profitable growth initiatives; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement governance, budgeting, risk management and effective stakeholder communication (ERGO, Munich Re, ExCom, Board).
