DKV Belgium N.V. in Brussels seeks an experienced Program Manager to join the Transformation team.
You will lead a 20-person team including transformation leads, business analysts, and a BPM expert, guiding two project managers and three business analysts to deliver cross-functional programs in compliance and growth. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, with 10+ years in program management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Your personal focus will bemanaging two project managers and three business analysts in your role as people and delivery manager, andmanaging program(s) across our compliance sphere and profitable growth journey, with a focus on keeping our organization compliant with legislation and ensuring we remain competitive in the health insurance market.
