You will lead a 20-person team including transformation leads, business analysts, and a BPM expert, guiding two project managers and three business analysts to deliver cross-functional programs in compliance and growth. Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is required, with 10+ years in program management, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, management, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in program/project management with leadership of teams.
• Experience in an insurance context preferred.

• Oversee program delivery across the compliance sphere and profitable growth.
