Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, process improvement and configuration management, especially in IT.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical and operational environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing capabilities.
• Structured, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in a high-tech, industrial, aerospace or similarly complex environment is a strong asset.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation projects from assessment to implementation and stabilization.
• Define project scope, objectives, roadmap, governance and success criteria.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across various departments.
• Support change management activities including communication, training and adoption.
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and KPIs while providing clear reporting to management.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure successful implementation of new processes and tools.
