Job summary

BNP Paribas Fortis is seeking a Business Analyst to understand, translate and communicate business needs, driving value creation and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Process Experts, Product Owners, UX designers, and IT architects to design and optimize solutions that support strategic goals.

You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and contribute to product vision, OKRs, and backlog refinement, while ensuring alignment with the bank’s transformation program and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and at least one national language; passive understanding of the other.
• Proven experience in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Study and estimate value potential and design solutions.
• Deliver solutions and realize value with stakeholder management.
• Gather requirements, understand application functionalities, and define acceptance criteria.
• Support Product Owner in defining vision and OKRs, contribute to business case development, and help prioritize needs.
• Participate in Quarterly Agile Planning and backlog refinement to ensure scope is respected.
