EY is seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to join our Technology & Innovation practice in the financial services sector. You’ll shape requirements, model processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation projects.

With 1–6 years in consulting or financial services, you’ll work on ERP/core banking initiatives, risk, compliance, and digital transformation. The role blends client interaction with hands-on analysis and agile delivery.

Competenze

Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, computer science, economics, information system management, etc.).
1 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting and/or financial services sector.
Experience in analyzing business processes, requirements gathering, and working with functional teams.

Mansioni

Analyze AS-IS processes and identify gaps in alignment with target architecture and objectives.
Elicit requirements through stakeholder workshops and validate functional/non-functional needs.
Document functional specs and design TO-BE processes using BPMN or UML.
Bridge business and IT teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements.
Support testing with use cases and test scenarios to verify delivered solutions meet requirements.
Assist with change management and user training for new solutions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and functional analysis methodologies.
