Guerlain in Brussels offers a six-month internship in the Training & PR Department to support events, media relations, and team collaboration.

You will assist with trainings and events logistics, prepare presentations, manage the Guerlain Room, and help with PR newsletters, press kits, and conferences across Belux. Fluency in French and English required; Dutch is a plus. Strong Office and Adobe skills, plus excellent organization and multi-tasking ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as journalism, public relations, communication, or marketing.
• Communicates fluently in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; hosting and client-minded.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; luxury brand awareness.
• Self-starter, quick learner, and able to multi-task under deadlines.
• Knowledge of Belux media landscape; experience in Luxury/Beauty/PR is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with organizing trainings and events (location, invitations, decoration, inscriptions, catering).
• Reserve hotel, train, and dinner arrangements.
• Translate and create visually appealing layouts for presentations.
• Manage meetings and preparation of Guerlain Room.
• Maintain the BE Guerlain App; support PR newsletters and press kits.
