Puig recherche un stagiaire marketing dans le département Marketing à Bruxelles pour assister deux Brand Managers dans la gestion quotidienne de leurs missions. Le poste implique la mise à jour des slides Nielsen, l’analyse de marchés et l’assistance à l’implémentation des activations 360 consommateurs.

Profil recherché: première expérience en marketing, diplôme en marketing, maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, le néerlandais est un plus; sens du luxe, créativité et sens pratique, forte

Qualifications

• Expérience: une première expérience en marketing.
• Formation: école de commerce ou master en marketing.
• Langues: anglais et français requis, néerlandais un plus.
• Compétences: sens du luxe, parfums et maquillage. Créatif et pratique. Bonnes compétences analytiques et relationnelles. Excellente organisation, autonomie et initiative.

Responsabilités

• Mise à jour des slides Nielsen mensuels et analyse des marchés.
• Assistance aux Brand Managers sur les analyses et les études de marché.
• Soutien à la mise en œuvre des activations 360 consommateurs.
• Participation à l’élaboration du planning annuel cross-marques.
• Participation aux brainstormings internes et suivi des meilleures pratiques concurrentes.
• Organisation d’événements: logistique, communication et suivi.
• Soutien du manager formation sur les supports et l’e-learning; participation à des live events et organisation logistique des formations; support de l’application brand experience.

Missions

MARKETING (PRESTIGE)

• Update of monthly Nielsen slides and analysis of the markets
• Assist Brand Managers on analysis & market studies
• Assist Brand Managers on the implementation of the 360 Consumer activations
• Participate & assist in the elaboration of the yearly plan across brands
• Participate to internal brainstorms
• Competitors Best Practices follow up
• Organization of events: logistics, communication, follow up

TRAINING

• Assist & follow up the Training Manager for training support and material such as sale sheets creation and e-learning preparation
• Assist on live training events
• Training event organization and logistical follow up with suppliers
• Support the training manager on brand experience app

Description du profil

• Experience: A first experience in Marketing
• Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing
• Languages: English & French required, Dutch is a plus
• Skills: You are sensitive to the world of luxury, perfumes and makeup. You are creative and have a hands‑on mindset. You have analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy and initiative.
