Guerlain is seeking a proactive intern to join the Training & PR Department in Brussels. You will coordinate trainings and events, translate and design presentations, and assist with meetings and the Guerlain Room.

You will support the PR team with media requests, newsletters, press kits, and shipments, and help organize press conferences and BeLux events while building knowledge of the luxury media landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in journalism, PR, communications, or marketing.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in organizing trainings and events: venue, invitations, catering, and decor.
• Translate and create layouts for presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and manage Guerlain Room preparation.
• Support PR tasks: media requests, newsletters, press kits, and shipments.
• Assist with press conferences and BeLux events; prepare reports and clippings.
