Puig Deutschland GmbH in Brussels is offering an internship in Brand Management for the BENELUX region. From January 2027 for six months, you will assist two Brand Managers in daily tasks within the Marketing Department in Brussels.

You should have some marketing experience and a Master’s in Marketing or Business School. English and French are required, Dutch is a plus, with a hands-on, creative and organized mindset in a luxury beauty context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing
• Education in Marketing-related field (Business/Marketing School)
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills (luxury/beauty domain a plus)

Responsabilités

• Update monthly Nielsen slides and analyze markets.
• Assist Brand Managers on analysis & market studies.
• Assist on 360 consumer activations implementation.
• Participate in elaboration of yearly plan across brands.
• Participate in internal brainstorms; monitor competitors' best practices.
• Organize events: logistics, communication and follow-up.
• Assist Training Manager with training support and material creation (sales sheets, e-learning).
• Assist live training events and organization/logistics with suppliers.
• Support the brand experience app and training events.

Missions

MARKETING (PRESTIGE)

• Update of monthly Nielsen slides and analysis of the markets
• Assist Brand Managers on analysis & market studies
• Assist Brand Managers on the implementation of the 360 Consumer activations
• Participate & assist in the elaboration of the yearly plan across brands
• Participate to internal brainstorms
• Competitors Best Practices follow up
• Organization of events: logistics, communication, follow up

TRAINING

• Assist & follow up the Training Manager for training support and material such as sale sheets creation and e-learning preparation
• Assist on live training events
• Training event organization and logistical follow up with suppliers
• Support the training manager on brand experience app

Your Profile

• Experience: A first experience in Marketing
• Education: Business School or master’s degree in marketing
• Languages: English & French required, Dutch is a plus
• Skills: You are sensitive to the world of luxury, perfumes and makeup. You are creative and have a hands‑on mindset. You have analytical skills and good interpersonal skills. You also have an excellent sense of organization, autonomy and initiative.
