Guerlain, a brand of the LVMH Group, offers a 6-month Retail & Commercial Intern role in Belgium. You will support the Retail & Sales team and liaise with retailers, the commercial group and external agencies for Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will analyse retail performance with KPI tracking, assist in assortment and catalogue differentiation, and help prepare commercial presentations. Growth opportunities within Guerlain and LVMH await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

Fluent in both French and English; strong communication skills.
Excellent presentation abilities and client-facing mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise

Responsabilités

Support Retail & Sales team in daily topics and act as a link between retailers, commercial team and external agencies for Belgium and Luxembourg.
Analyse retail performance through quantitative and qualitative reporting and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with agencies managing external in-store presences, manage requests, update plannings, and follow-up KPIs near budget oversight.
Update operational reports and presentations, including Sales Team reports and commercial meeting materials.
Coordinate events and create weekly newsletters for all departments.
