Vector Synergy in Brussels, Belgium, seeks an IT specialist to configure learning pathways, integrate LMS with wiki platforms, and develop dashboards for proficiency tracking. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 expertise and hands-on SharePoint design/administration, plus LMS integration experience.

The ideal candidate holds NATO security clearance and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, robust learning solutions while maintaining documentation and security

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint architecture, development, and administration.
• Experience with Learning Management System integration (preferably Rhapsode or Moodle).

Skills, knowledge, experience required: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem; Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SharePoint architecture, development, and administration; Experience with Learning Management System integration (preferably Rhapsode or Moodle).

Desirable

• Postgraduate specialization in system design, human-machine integration , integrated product development, or digital transformation ;
• Certification in ITIL 4, Agile Project Management, or demonstrated program delivery expertise in phased enterprise implementation ;
• Previous experience with NATO accreditation processes (SAA, CISOA, or NIST- based frameworks ) .
