Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY in Brussels is seeking a skilled IT professional to lead training material preparation, knowledge transfer, and user adoption support. You will design and test integrations with NATO systems as required.

The role requires experience with enterprise platforms, automation, secure on-premise deployments, and strong English communication. Candidates must be NATO nationals and hold NATO Secret clearance; deadline 22 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Must possess relevant experience in substantially similar tasks including implementation of enterprise platforms, automation solutions, secure on-premise deployments, system integration, and lifecycle support.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills are required to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in English.
