Pauwels Consulting is seeking a qualified professional to support analytical development through compliance and operational excellence. The role focuses on strengthening business processes, driving continuous improvement, and implementing a robust third-party management framework across the organization.

You will lead TPM deployments, maintain documentation, and collaborate with procurement, quality, and finance to ensure compliant implementations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceuticals/biotech/healthcare).
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance processes.
• Experience in process improvement and project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the deployment of the third-party management framework and translate corporate requirements into sustainable processes.
• Maintain process documentation and serve as the primary point of contact for external management topics.
• Monitor key performance indicators and process performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliant implementations across procurement, quality, and finance.
• Coordinate compliance and continuous improvement initiatives by driving process harmonization and simplification efforts.
• Support governance, risk management, and quality initiatives alongside document retention and archiving activities.
