Akkodis is seeking an Analytical Development Compliance & Excellence Coordinator to strengthen compliance, optimize business processes and drive operational excellence within our Analytical Development organization. You will contribute to Third Party Management, supplier governance and continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in pharma/biotech/regulated industry with Quality Management Systems exposure.
• Experience in process improvement, project coordination, and quality governance.
• Exposure to Third Party Management, outsourcing governance or CDMO-related activities is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Lead TPM framework implementation and deployment within Analytical Development.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, governance, monitoring and compliance oversight.
• Support risk management, quality systems and inspection readiness activities.
