Pauwels Consulting is assisting a leading high-tech manufacturing client in Leuven seeking a versatile maintenance and project support professional. The role blends technical execution with administrative coordination and logistics to ensure operational excellence.

You will manage ordering of parts, plan preventive maintenance, assist in maintenance tasks, write SOPs, manage backups, coordinate warehouse activities, and perform data analysis for reporting, while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electricity or Electronics.
• Strong technical background in Electromechanics, Electronics and Electricity.
• Solid troubleshooting skills to address and resolve issues.
• Hands-on approach with analytical reporting capabilities.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage administrative tasks including ordering technical parts and communicating with suppliers.
• Prepare and plan preventive maintenance activities to optimize equipment uptime.
• Assist in the execution of maintenance tasks and perform necessary post-maintenance follow-up.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures and manage software and PC backups for technical projects.
• Coordinate warehouse activities such as stock management, packaging, and uncrating of equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and perform data analysis for reporting purposes.
