Pauwels Consulting seeks a Learning Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on support for the learning technology ecosystem, focusing on user enablement, ticket management, and ensuring system compliance during a transition period.

You will prepare guides, manage incidents, execute OQ/PQ scripts, coordinate with vendors, and maintain SOPs, URS, and DIRA, while delivering clear technical documentation for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in learning technology support, LMS/LXP administration, or IT service management.
• Experience with system validation and documentation in a GxP environment, including OQ/PQ testing, SOPs, and URS.
• Technical proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Degreed, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and the ability to produce clear technical documentation for diverse audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain user guides, job aids, and administration documentation for learning platforms.
• Manage service tickets and incidents including triage, troubleshooting, and escalation.
• Execute OQ/PQ test scripts and document evidence in accordance with GxP requirements.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors to follow up on deliverables and track service levels.
• Support platform housekeeping, user queries, and engagement initiatives for the learning experience platform.
• Update compliance and system documentation such as SOPs, URS, and DIRA.
