Pauwels Consulting is seeking an ICT Project Manager to drive end-to-end follow-up of multiple projects, especially those integrated with SAP. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop detailed plans, and lead workshops while building POCs when needed.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge, logistics/procurement/maintenance understanding, and fluency in Dutch and French with excellent English writing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ICT project management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP processes and integration.
• Solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and maintenance processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and French with strong English written skills.
• Excellent communication to interpret stakeholder needs.
• Pragmatic team player with diplomatic, improvement-minded mindset.

Responsabilités

• Drive the end-to-end follow-up of ICT projects, especially SAP-integrated.
• Coordinate and direct team members in project-specific and support tasks.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans addressing gaps and impacts.
• Lead workshops and present solutions; build POCs when required.
• Oversee full testing cycle: unit, system, integration, and UAT.
• Coordinate technical documentation, training, and issue resolution during testing and go-live.
