The role focuses on continuous improvement, implementing PDCA, training production and maintenance staff, and ensuring safety and compliance with group guidelines.

You will work with production teams, maintenance, process engineers and suppliers to deliver robust testing solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electricity or Electro-mechanics with HV experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in an operational environment, HV testing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage testing equipment, structures and methods in Operations with continuous improvement.
• Organize startup and follow-up of new or modified tests ensuring KPI monitoring.
• Implement visual management: dashboards, andon/alarms, standard work displays, 5S visuals.
• Provide training on improvements to production and maintenance staff.
