Job summary

Nexans Network Solutions(Euromold)-Erembodegem is seeking a junior professional to join the testing team. The role focuses on managing testing processes, defining methods, and supporting testing equipment with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and KPI monitoring.

You will train production and maintenance staff, contribute to visual management initiatives, and ensure testing methods are robust and efficient in a high‑voltage manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Electricity or Electro-mechanics
• English and Dutch languages; French an advantage
• Strong analytical mindset with KPI monitoring and problem‑solving
• Ability to design and implement visual management (dashboards, indicators)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational environment (preferably high voltage)

Responsibilities

• Manage processes/projects related to testing equipment, structures and methods, supporting the Industrialization team with continuous improvement
• Organize startup and follow-up of new/modified tests; perform electric production testing with KPI monitoring
• Lead improvement projects in the testing department (test time reduction, reliability, digitalization) and track KPIs
• Implement visual management in the testing area (dashboards, andon/alarms, status boards)
• Define and review testing KPIs and drive corrective actions; write procedures and production docs
• Train production and maintenance staff on improvements of new tools and KPIs
