Nexans Network Solutions division Euromold in Belgium seeks a Testing Engineer to manage product testing processes, define testing methods and support testing equipment, automation and training for optimal testing with a focus on continuous improvement, visual management and KPIs.

You will lead improvements in testing methods and equipment, organize startup and follow-up of tests, monitor KPIs and train production and maintenance staff in new tools and KPIs.

Competenze

• Master degree in Electricity or Electro-mechanics required.
• English and Dutch language skills mandatory; French is a plus.
• Strong KPI monitoring, problem-solving and Lean/6σ experience preferred.
• Ability to design and implement visual management in an Operations environment.
• Independent, technically driven, team player with flexibility.

Mansioni

• Managing testing equipment, structures and methods in Operations with continuous improvement focus.
• Organize startup and follow-up of new or modified tests for existing products; monitor KPIs.
• Lead improvement projects to reduce test time, increase reliability and prevent errors; track via KPIs.
• Implement and maintain visual management in the testing area (dashboards, andon/alarms, status boards).
• Define, monitor and review testing KPIs and lead corrective and preventive actions.
• Write procedures, specifications, and production docs with clear visual format.
• Train production and maintenance staff on improvements of tools and KPIs.
• Provide technical support to Tool Design, Process, Automation, Production; contribute to cross-functional improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Group Guidelines, Health & Safety and internal controls.
