ALTEN Belgium is looking for Software Testers to join our teams and work on client projects in Brussels. You will provide effort estimates for test activities, define test conditions, and collaborate with analysts and developers to bridge requirements and designs.

You will participate in Agile testing, execute tests, report issues, and contribute to test automation for selected conditions. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 2+ years of testing experience are expected, with fluency in English

As a Software Testeryour main responsibilities will include:

• Provide effort estimations and planning of the test activities
• Collaborate with functional analysts and developers in defining requirements and designs
• Prepare test conditions
• Execute test conditions and reporting of issues
• Automate specific test conditions

Specifics for Agile Testing :

• Provide and execute just in time test cases for current sprint and not for the entire project
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and sprint review meetings
• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree
• You have at least2 yearsof experience as a Tester
• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
• You are able to elaborate test scripts and execute testsYou have experience with test tools and test reporting tools
• You have good analytical and communication skills, eye for detail
• You are service oriented, customer focused and have an excellent problem-solving skill
