Keystone Solutions is seeking a Test Coordinator – Test Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. You will work in a bilingual environment (Dutch and French) within an agile team to ensure high-quality software delivery.

As a combined Test Coordinator (30%) and Test Analyst (70%), you will organize testing activities, define test strategies, develop test cases, automate repetitive tests, and coach a small tester squad while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Mission Overview

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Test Coordinator – Test Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working within a dynamic, bilingual environment where you will engage with both French and Dutch stakeholders. As a consultant, you will be part of an agile development team, contributing to diverse projects that enhance your professional growth.

Responsibilities

In this combined role of Test Coordinator (30%) and Test Analyst (70%), you will:

• Organize and monitor testing activities to deliver high-quality software that meets business requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate within an agile development team, aligning test plans with testers, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Define effective testing approaches based on insights into the technical environment and functional needs.
• Establish acceptance criteria, develop test cases, and maintain regression test scenarios.
• Regularly coordinate with stakeholders outside the agile team regarding end-to-end testing activities and acceptance testing by the business.
• Initiate automation of repetitive tests.
• Report transparently on the progress of testing activities and the quality of developments.
• Provide daily guidance to 1 or 2 other testers within the team.
• Develop a strong understanding of the technical environment and functional requirements as a Test Analyst.
• Formulate the test strategy based on analyses for various developed applications.
• Prepare data and execute functional and non-functional tests.
• Coordinate and support acceptance testing, guiding users through the process.
• Create regression tests to efficiently and quickly identify software issues.
• Document automated testing procedures (principles, tools, and methodologies).
• Analyze, document, and report test results efficiently to business analysts and developers.
• Follow up on corrections with involved parties.

Required Experience and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Test Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience as a Test Coordinator.
