Abbott in Belgium seeks a Territory Manager for Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) solutions. The role combines commercial account management with hands-on clinical and technical support across Brussels and southern Belgium.

You will drive adoption of LAAO/ICE, manage accounts, and provide education to physicians and cath lab teams, while collaborating with interventional cardiologists and imaging specialists.

Qualifications

• University degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• Significant experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures.
• Proven LAAO experience including sales and clinical support.
• Experience with Cath Lab and/or Hybrid Operating Room environments.
• Experience with cardiac imaging workflows.
• Strong English proficiency for professional communication.

Job Description: We are looking for a Territory Manager – LAAO to join our team in Belgium. As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management and development of accounts across Brussels and the South of Belgium. You will drive the adoption of Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion (LAAO) solutions and intracardiac echocardiography (ICE), combining commercial account management with hands-on clinical and technical support.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned accounts independently, achieving sales objectives while growing procedural volumes and market share.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans and identify new business and growth opportunities across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, imaging specialists and other key hospital stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders and purchasing processes while effectively communicating Abbott's value proposition and pricing strategy.
• Drive adoption and business development of LAAO and intra-procedural imaging solutions, including Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) and imaging-guided workflows.
• Provide technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures, including procedural planning, case reviews and intra-procedural imaging guidance.
• Deliver product, therapy and imaging education to physicians and cath lab teams and act as a clinical and technical resource for customers.
• Manage sales forecasts, CRM data, consignment inventory and product availability while ensuring compliance with Abbott's quality, legal and ethical standards.

What You'll Bring

• University degree in a scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering or technical discipline.
• Significant experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting Interventional Cardiology procedures and working closely with Interventional Cardiologists.
• Proven LAAO experience, including sales and technical/clinical procedural support.
• Experience supporting procedures within Cath Lab and/or Hybrid Operating Room environments.
• Experience with cardiac imaging workflows, including pre-procedural planning and intra-procedural imaging.
• Experience working with Electrophysiologists and electrophysiology programs is an advantage; experience with Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) is also considered a strong asset.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills, with professional proficiency in English.
