Hitachi Energy Belgium N.V. is seeking a Tender & Quotation Specialist to support the Transformers business across the Benelux region. You will prepare high-quality, compliant proposals that help customers make informed investment decisions and enable growth of sustainable energy infrastructure.

Collaborating with sales, engineering, legal and project management, you will develop cost estimates, price strategies, and winning submissions, while ensuring deadlines and records are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of tender management, bid management, quotations, or similar commercial role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with cost estimation and financial analysis.
• Ability to translate complex technical and commercial information into clear proposals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/ERP or tender management systems preferred.

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations, including cost calculations, pricing strategies, and commercial evaluations.

• Manage tender schedules and coordinate activities to meet submission deadlines.

• Identify opportunities to improve tender processes, pricing strategies, and overall proposal quality.

• You possess strong analytical skills and experience with cost estimation and financial analysis.
• You communicate effectively and can translate complex technical and commercial information into clear proposals.
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ideally have experience with CRM, ERP, or tender management systems.
