Hitachi Energy Belgium N.V. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale, strategic projects driving the energy transition. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, align with business objectives, and ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

In a dynamic, international setting, you will coach team members, engage stakeholders, and share best practices to raise execution excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading large and complex projects in industrial, infrastructure, energy, or technology environments.
• Proven track record delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

• You possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• You have experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating multiple project interfaces.
• You are comfortable making decisions in complex situations and solving challenging business and project issues.
