• Proven capability to build strong business cases and drive focus on priorities.
• Demonstrates analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience deploying telematics or connected equipment solutions at scale.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with data tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Clear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
