GEA Group in Belgium is seeking a Technical Service Support Engineer to join the Solids Belgium division. You will be the technical expert for customers, service teams, and sales colleagues, delivering high-quality service solutions across the lifecycle of pharmaceutical and industrial equipment.

You will provide remote and on-site technical support, develop spare parts packages, and contribute to training programs while collaborating with international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, process engineering.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of pharmaceutical OSD equipment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with customers and international stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and modern digital tools including AI-supported solutions.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical guidance to customers, service teams, and sales colleagues.
• Identify and recommend correct spare parts based on requirements and configurations.
• Develop spare parts packages, service documentation, and maintenance plans.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting to customers and field engineers worldwide.
• Prepare technical proposals for equipment upgrades and modifications.
• Contribute to technical training programs for customers and colleagues.
• Support resolution of complaints and technical issues with internal experts.
