GEA Process Engineering in Belgium is seeking a Sales Engineer Spare Parts to support our service team across Belgium and Luxembourg. You will translate technical drawings and bills of materials into accurate quotes, determine delivery times, and follow up with customers on spare parts requests.
You will maintain close contact with customers, service staff, and suppliers, pursue opportunities for faster delivery and smarter processes, and help shape a modern, digital way of working at GEA.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Outlook.
- Service-oriented, resilient, and a good team player.
Responsabilités
- Translate drawings and BOMs into quotes, delivery times, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotes end-to-end.
- Maintain close contact with customers, service staff, and suppliers.
- Pursue opportunities for faster delivery and smarter processes.
- Bring structure to daily workflow and share insights with the team.
- Assist colleagues with urgent customer inquiries.
- Help shape a modern, digital way of working at GEA.
