Rhox is seeking a mid-level Scrum Master to support Java/JEE/Spring Boot and Angular 21 development in a public-sector context. You will facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, and help the Product Owner prioritise the backlog while keeping dependencies and impediments visible.

You will work with developers, analysts, testers and stakeholders, ensuring architecture, testing, quality and the definition of done are respected.

Qualifications

• Mid-level Scrum Master with exposure to software delivery and agile practices.
• Ability to engage with Java and Angular teams and discuss implementation constraints.
• Experience with backlog refinement, sprint planning and cross-team coordination.
• Professional French language proficiency; mission conducted exclusively in French.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and make decisions, actions and commitments visible to the team and stakeholders.
• Remove impediments and coordinate cross-team dependencies so planned increments can progress.
• Track velocity, burndown, quality and delivery trends to improve predictability and trigger concrete actions.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritisation, refinement and alignment between product priorities and technical constraints.
• Connect technical constraints, risks, testing needs and estimates to sprint planning and the definition of done.
• Strengthen team maturity by promoting feedback, autonomy, shared practices and continuous improvement across Scrum teams.
