Keystone Solutions is recruiting a Technical Scrum Master / Developer for a consultancy mission on a client site. You will guide a development team in Agile practices while leveraging Java/JEE/Spring Boot and Angular experience.

As a consultant, you will be employed by Keystone Solutions to drive successful delivery and collaboration with stakeholders. The role requires strong facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, mentoring on Agile principles, and close work with the Technical Lead to ensure

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, methods, tools, and techniques.
Experience coordinating multiple teams.
Proficiency with Java/JEE/Spring Boot and Angular.
Familiarity with REST APIs and databases (DB2/MySQL).
Experience with CI/CD, Git/GitLab, and testing (JUnit/Mockito).
French language skills are required.

Responsabilités

Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Ensure proper application of Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
Facilitate collaboration between team and stakeholders.
Monitor and improve velocity and performance indicators.
Identify and resolve obstacles hindering progress.
Support Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization.
Work with Technical Lead and developers to align on technical constraints.
