RIIFO Europe is seeking a Sales Representative to grow market share in Wallonia, Belgium by converting installers and contractors to our brand. The role requires spending most time in the market visiting customers, supporting promotions, and representing the brand to drive loyalty and demand.

The position emphasizes relationship-building, persuasive selling, and strong organizational skills, with travel across assigned territories and a valid driver’s license expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of field sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, tools, or related industries.
• Motivated entry-level candidates with a can-do attitude are welcome.

Responsabilités

• Identify and convert installers, contractors, and trade professionals to the company's products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Demonstrate product benefits and provide technical and commercial support to customers.
• Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Spend the majority of working hours visiting customers in assigned territories.
• Execute a structured route plan to maximize customer coverage.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at customer locations where applicable.
• Represent the company and its brands professionally in the marketplace.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, customer open days, demonstrations, and promotional events.
• Deliver product presentations and training sessions for installers and distributors.
• Promote new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and visit reports in the CRM system.
• Provide regular market intelligence and competitor feedback.
• Assist with sales forecasting and territory planning.
