SMA BENELUX is seeking a technical sales support professional in Belgium to assist customers with product questions in the residential segment and help prepare quotations and design material. You will act as a liaison for product knowledge and communicate portfolio updates to customers.

You will also support residential project execution, participate in training courses, and manage complex quotations and related technical files. A proactive, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Responsabilités

• Support customers with technical questions about existing or future products and/or services in the residential segment.
• Prepare pre-design and material lists for quotations.
• Inform customers proactively about product changes.
• Maintain network technical contact points at customers.
• Build knowledge about existing and new products and solutions.
• Serve as internal product knowledge contact point.
• Proactively communicate new items/innovations within the Residential product portfolio.
• Assist in residential project realization (kick-off, specification analysis, proposal, planning).
• Provide training and support/back-up for Solar Academy courses.
• Prepare complex quotations.
• Manage technical files in SalesForce.

Main missions:

• Support for customers for technical questions about existing or future products and/or services mainly in the residential segment.
• Preparation of pre-design and material lists for drawing up quotations
• Informing customers proactively about product changes
• Maintain network technical contact points at customers
• Building up knowledge about existing and new products and solutions
• Internal contact point for product knowledge
• Proactively communicate new items/innovations within the product portfolio for the BU Residential.
• Offer support in the realization of residential projects (kick-off meeting, analysis of specifications, proposal, planning, etc.).
• Provide training and support/back up for the Solar Academy training courses
• Preparation of complex quotations
• Management of technical files in SalesForce
