Job summary

PolyPerception BV is seeking a versatile professional for a hybrid role based in Antwerp. You will drive technical sales, manage customer relationships, and support successful deployments of our data-driven platform for waste facilities.

Your work will influence product direction and future features. You’ll partner with customers from first conversation to installation and ongoing use, translating needs into actionable product requirements and coordinating with engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customers and how their facilities work.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting graphs and basic statistics.
• Clear written and spoken English for plant operators and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Technical sales and customer relationship management from first contact through renewal.
• Support installations, onboarding, dashboards, alerts and reports customization.
• Shape product requirements and prioritize roadmap with engineering.
