TMC is seeking an HRBP specialized in recruitment for engineering, software, embedded systems and IT profiles. You will collaborate with fellow HRBPs and business managers across Ghent and Zaventem. In addition to recruitment, you will engage in several HR-related projects.

The role requires a master's degree, a first recruitment experience, and up to 4 years of experience. Fluency in Dutch, English and/or French is needed, with the ability to work from Ghent and Zaventem offices.

• First experience in recruitment
• Maximum 4 years of experience
• Interest in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program etc.
• Fluent in Dutch, English and/or French
• Can work from Ghent & Zaventem office
