E.ON Power Plants Belgium bvba is seeking a Technical Project Manager Energy Generation to lead large-scale on-site energy projects in Mechelen, Belgium. You will coordinate engineering teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field, senior PM experience in energy, and fluency in Dutch and English. Travel may be required as projects evolve.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
• Senior-level technical project management experience in energy/power or industrial infra.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale energy projects (EPC/multi-lot).
• PM certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Experience with permitting in Belgium and/or the Netherlands is a strong advantage.
• Dutch (C2) and English (C1) fluency; willingness to travel on-site as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects.
• Act as the primary technical project interface between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in DBOO projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and interfaces with development, commercial, procurement, and legal.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental requirements, and HSE policies.
• Lead project meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder communications.
