E.ON Power Plants Belgium BV (EPPB) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large on-site energy generation projects in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will oversee planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up, coordinating with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a Master’s degree, senior project management credentials (PMP/IPMA/PRINCE2) and a proven EPC/multi-lot delivery track record.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering or related field.
• Senior-level experience in technical project management within energy or industrial infrastructure.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale energy generation projects with EPC/multi-lot execution.
• Project management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Experience with permitting in Belgium and/or the Netherlands is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and on-site presence as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of large-scale on-site energy generation projects including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start-up.
• Act as primary technical interface between clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders in DBOO projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and interfaces with development, commercial, procurement and legal functions.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and HSE policies and review technical deliverables.
